- Connection and operational logs: connection time, destination identifiers, IP address, traffic volume, error data, auth/permission records, anti-abuse signals
- Support information: inquiry content, logs/screenshots attached by the user (optional)
- Billing-related information: for paid plans, we may obtain and store customer IDs, transaction/payment IDs, subscription IDs, billed amounts, payment status, receipt/invoice data, etc. issued by the payment provider Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). Sensitive payment data such as card numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the Operator.
2. Handling of Remote Connection Data
FlashDesk does not store remote session screen content, user operation data, file transfer data, or recording data on our servers. Such data is processed only as necessary to provide features such as remote connections, file transfer, and recording, and is not persistently retained on the server side.
3. Purposes of Use
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service, identity verification, authentication, and license management (including seats)
- Billing, payments, and subscription management
- Fraud prevention, security measures, and incident response
- Quality improvements, outage analysis, and feature improvement analytics
- Support, and delivering important notices
- Compliance with laws and terms
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With your consent
- As required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When necessary to improve public health or promote sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When cooperation with national/local authorities is required and consent may impede such duties
5. Outsourcing
We may outsource operations such as server hosting, payment processing, and customer support. In such cases, we will select appropriate vendors and provide necessary and proper supervision. Major vendors include:
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processing (paid plan purchase, billing, renewal, refunds, etc.)
- Cloud/hosting providers: server operations and maintenance
Information provided to Stripe may include email address, name, billing details, transaction details/amounts, and identifiers issued by Stripe. Stripe’s handling of information is governed by its privacy policy (e.g., Stripe Privacy Policy).
6. Security Measures
We strive to implement technical and organizational measures such as access controls and encryption to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information.
7. Retention
We retain user information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use or as required by law. After the retention period, we will endeavor to delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable scope.
