Operation and support

FlashDesk is developed and operated from Japan. Support, billing inquiries, and security reports can be sent in Japanese or English.

For business or organizational use, please include your organization name, intended use, operating systems, expected number of users, and whether you need billing or contract arrangements. This helps us respond with more specific guidance.

Before contacting us

  • Bug report: OS (Windows/macOS/Linux), app version, timestamp, steps to reproduce, screenshots/logs (optional)
  • Connection/network: if possible, describe the network environments (office/home/mobile) for both ends

Billing and subscriptions

Payment details such as card information are managed by the payment provider. FlashDesk does not store card numbers.

You can change seats and view billing details in the “Billing Portal” accessible from the Admin console.

Security reports

We welcome vulnerability reports and suspicious behavior reports. Please include [Security] in the subject and provide details such as scope, reproduction steps, and potential impact.

If the issue is urgent, please mention that as well (we will prioritize when possible).
